Somewhere Up in Space is the fine-art photography of Kat Dykeman — images of the night sky, the Sun, and wild places, made on long nights under dark skies out of Woodside, California. Work like that needs a frame that gets out of its own way.
We built a dark, editorial site that treats every photograph like a print on a gallery wall: a full-bleed hero over a still mountain lake, an 'In Motion' section for the films, a personal story, and four collections — four ways of looking up — that run from the galaxy overhead down to the life at our feet. Quiet serif typography and generous black space let the images own the room.
The result reads less like a website and more like an observatory — a place to slow down, look up, and remember how small we are, and how lucky.
